At Perfume Access, we know how exciting it is to receive your favorite scents, so we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Flat rate starts between:$5.95 to $21.00
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – Calculated at checkout
Overnight Shipping – Available upon request; contact support for a custom quote
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.
3. Carrier Partners
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Due to the alcohol content in perfumes, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories via air.
We currently do not offer international shipping, but we are working on expanding our reach soon.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details. You can track your package at any time through the carrier's website.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking number shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your shipment or assist with a resolution.
7. Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
